I am working through the course and following the advise from @jeremy and @rachel and wrote a post on training a CNN with very little data.
There is also an accompanying repository with keras code that you can find on github here.
Posting this in the forums as maybe this will be a nice refresher to someone on data augmentation or pseudo-labeling
